Pentecost Clergy Stole Collection Highlight

Previously posted May 13 — This post shares a bit of the how and why our Pentecost clergy stole designs came to be. Many of our Pentecost and Ordination stoles are suitable for both special days. See both collections here.

The rush of the wind is part of the descending dove symbol on this stole. The subtle blue batik fabric seemed perfect for this. See the entire stole with the pieced fabric red and orange border here.

Using many different red fabrics helps create the energy we guess was so magnificent on that day the church was born. See the entire stole here.

Fabric that has a variety of tones in it gives visual movement to an image. Isn’t that just right for tongues of fire? See this stole here.

This is a new design for our collection in 2020. We were trying to capture the movement and rush of the mighty winds in Acts 2:1-13. See the entire stole here.

In the church the color gold is saved for the most special of items and occasions. This stole has a gold cross and little bursts of sheer gold fabric to accentuate how special the celebration of Pentecost is. Come Holy Spirit come!
