When will I receive my order?
We ship within 24 hrs. of receiving your order from our Michigan studio via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days Monday-Saturday.) There is an expedited option for shipping at check out.
Stoles are shipped in padded envelopes. Domestic shipping is free unless otherwise noted. Yippee!
Add jenny.gallo@CarrotTopStudio.com to your contacts to ensure you will receive the email with tracking information upon fulfillment of your order. We fulfill orders during business hours.
Global shipping is also available. If you do not see your country listed please get in touch with us.

What length stole is right for me?
We try to keep a variety of stole lengths available on the website.
The length is measured from the back center of the neck down the outer edge of one side of the stole ending at the hem.
Lengths are clearly marked with each stole description.
The pattern we use creates a tapered neck. This narrowing of the design allows the stole to lay flat around the shoulders and neck.
If you like a design but it is not offered in your preferred length don’t hesitate to ask to see how we might be able to help you with hemming, lengthening or making new stock.

Can I commission a one of a kind stole?
It’s a privilege to work with clients to help them create stoles for special occasions, gifts, or for such unique needs that no other stole seller is creating. Read about the process and see examples of our past work here.
Occasionally we think your idea will appeal to others and we ask if we can make a limited edition of the design. You can say yes or no but if you are agreeable then the pricing will be in line with our website stoles.
Don’t hesitate to ask if we can work together!

What makes Carrot Top Studio stoles unique?
We create one of a kind or small batch, limited-edition stoles for our in stock inventory on the website.
We love the details! These are appliquéd, hand painted, machine or hand embroidered or might be embellished with beading or textured fibers. This is always part of the product description.
Our stoles are hand crafted and we are proud of our craftsmanship. We create mostly with cotton fabrics.
The designs are distinctive to our studio and are the work artist, Jenny Gallo.

How do I contact the studio?
We answer emails within 24 hrs. Monday-Saturday.
We answer phone calls and texts as often as we can (sometimes we can’t leave the sewing machine!) but return messages promptly during business hours Monday-Friday. Please leave a message if we aren’t able to pick up!

Do you create worship banners?
We will only create banners on commission if our schedule allows. The sizing is best to be specific to the space they will be in therefore we don’t stock them.
Do you create deacon stoles?
Only via commission because the sizing is so specific to each deacon.
What is the return policy?
Of course we want our work to be right for you. Items may be returned in their original condition at the purchasers expense within 7 days of receipt of purchase.. We will try to help you find a suitable replacement or refund your purchase.
Digital work, due to its unique nature may not be returned.
All other unique situations are listed in item descriptions.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally! Sign up for our eNews here to stay abreast of special saving opportunities.
Do you create funeral palls?
Not at this time.
I love a stole on your site but you don’t offer a length that is right for me. What can we do?
Do you create stoles for people of other faiths?
We are open to many design and sewing possibilities.
Can I add an inscription inside my stole?
Not at this time.
Do you sell confirmation stoles?
Sorry, no. But we offer a confirmation stole curriculum that includes a pattern. For a small fee you can download it here.
Last but not least — Have your stoles ever made people cry?
A few! And reportedly one recipient was also speechless. We take all that as a great compliment!
