“Walking” the labyrinth with your finger creates a space in which to temporarily silence our busy lives, clearing the way for creativity, peace, and clarity. This worksheet combines the labyrinth with the suggestion of breath prayers. By placing a few words on the inhale and a few on the exhale, it unites the prayer with the body.
