The season of Lent derives its structure and its themes from Jesus’ forty days in the wilderness where he fasted, prayed, and faced temptations. We, too, need to be strengthened by the time of intimacy in the wilderness with God.  

This worksheet was designed for individuals and/or groups. It could be used privately or as a discussion starter. The first section is for visual meditation and/or coloring and the second contains scripture, thoughts to consider, and questions. Lastly are questions for personal reflection and application and prayer.
