Creating confirmation stoles will allow students to:

• explore and examine their unique spiritual gifts.

• understand that worship garments, colors and symbols are all visual prompts that encourage contemplation, reflection, and a reverent attitude toward worship.

• create or replicate a symbol for their own stole that represents their unique spiritual gifts, identifying them as a special part of the body of Christ.

• use/wear the stole during a confirmation worship service as a visual reminder of their Christ-centered confirmation journey.

• reminisce about the confirmation process as a source of encouragement to continue and strengthen their personal discipleship when they see their keepsake stole.
