#782 Advent clergy stole - Waiting for the Shepherd stole (purple)
Advent is a season of expectation, waiting, and hope. In this season we put ourselves back into the frame of mind of the Jews as they yearned for a Messiah two millennia ago. Moreover, we get in touch with our own hope for the second coming of the Messiah. May the shepherd’s cross be a reminder of Psalm 80:1-2 and the waiting for the Good Shepherd which inspired this stole -

The stole front is crafted from cotton fabric. The cross is appliquéd and finished with machine embroidery. It is lined with a coordinating purple fabric.
This one of a kind stole is 51” long.
It measures 4 7/8" wide at the hem and tapers to 2 3/4" at the neck.
