This stole was created while thinking about the work it takes to make a marriage successful.
The Bible tells us, "By wisdom, a house is built and through understanding, it is established." (Proverbs 24:3). The piecing in this design represents the building. The leaves are the growth. Lastly, the circles represent unity and the spirals represent the work of the Holy Spirit in this marriage.
The stole front is crafted from cotton fabrics. The symbols are appliquéd and finished with free motion stitching. It is lined with the same white-on-white printed fabric as the front top and is interfaced for added body.
