#789 Ordinary Time clergy stole - Tropical stole
While stitching with this batik border we are in the midst of a cold, grey winter outside our studio. Winter has its beauty. But we admire the beauty where it is warmer and tropical too! And it makes us think of Genesis 8:22, "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease." So many seasons to be grateful for! No matter your favorite season we think this beautiful batik with tropical foliage and birds will bring a smile to the faces of those to that you minister.
The stole front is crafted from a combination of cotton fabrics. The cross on the back tip is appliquéd with machine embroidery. It is lined with a solid green fabric and is interfaced for added body.
